HOMEDEC fair 2011

A belated Happy Malaysia Day to all Sabahans. I should have update last night, but I was really tired.  Yesterday we visited the 2011 HOMEDEC fair in 1 Borneo Hypermall, Ground Floor at the South Atrium. The HOMEDEC fair will be held in Sabah from 16 September to 18 September 2011, 11am-9pm. 2 more days left if you haven't had the chance to go!

The HOMEDEC fair was first launched in 2003 and since became a yearly event throughout Malaysia. It was an exhibition that brings the latest trends about home decorating, renovation, furniture and other home improvement projects. Go here to check if the fair will be held in your respected state and find out the date of the exhibition through their official website: http://www.homedec.com.my/

Here are some pictures taken during our visits there, it should give you a brief idea what you can expect while visiting there. We were a little early yesterday, some booths are still in the midst of setting up. Most booths were offering special rates if you purchase within the 3 days of the event. And don't forget to join in the lucky draw by the event organizers.

I find that I'm more partial to white furniture, I even filled my Sim's house with all white ensemble, but with a house full of pets, its not such a good idea in real life.

*This is the first time I covered an event, so please don't be too harsh with me. Picture heavy post ahead, you are warned.

A couple holding hands had to part to let me take this shot

It's made of leather but does not stick to your skin and its really cooling and comfortable sitting on it.
