U-dong Korean Noodle

My favorite Instant Korean Noodles. It has other flavor such as Chicken (Green)and Seafood (Blue), but Udon (Red) is till the best. This can be found at most supermarkets. You could try adding a slice of cheese, like I did (not pictured, though), it makes the soup nice and creamy.



Drop the noodle in once the water comes to a boil.

Add an egg. 

Yums!

Eat with rice. Can't be helped, I'm a rice bucket.

  2. Easy! Put the soup on the rice... for me I add Cheese in this hot noodle... taste good...
